It feels safe overall... I just wish the setup had been a little quicker. Once I got through that, though, it’s been good.

There are definitely some options to play around with, but overall the customization still feels a bit "limited" to me. It works fine, I just wish there was more flexibility.

Hudu’s search has been driving me nuts. I’ll type in something I know is in there, and somehow it either pulls up totally random results or nothing helpful at all. The filters don’t really save it either, so I end up digging around manually, which makes the whole search feature feel kind of pointless. I feel stupid for trusting it to make things easier, because most days it just slows me down. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it’s been a constant frustration and really needs to be fixed.

Hudu has been solid for us. We got it connected to the tools we already use, the sync stuff, the PSA links, all of that. Setup was not too bad either, which was a nice surprise. There are a couple integrations where I wish there were more settings or options. Not a huge deal, just one of those things you notice after using it for a while. Overall though, it saves us time and has been worth it.

I reached out to support hoping to get a simple issue sorted out, but the replies were slow and didn’t really help at all. What made it more frustrating was how aggressive the reminders were while I was still waiting for an actual useful response. It felt like they were quick to nag me, but not quick to fix anything.

I like what the product does overall, but getting started was a bit more frustrating than I expected. I was just trying to find some basic setup info and kept having to jump between different pages. The documentation has useful stuff in there, it just feels a little scattered and could be organized better.

We’ve been using hudu for a while now, the uptime has been solid. I can’t think of many times when it was actually fully down. Maybe none that really stuck with me. Which is the main thing we care about.

There was one stretch where it felt a little slow and pages were taking longer to load. Annoying, but not a huge deal. It passed quickly. Not perfect, sure, but reliable enough that we’re comfortable using it for daily docs and client info.

It mostly works fine for me, but I do notice pages loading slowly here and there. Maybe it’s just my connection or something on my end, I’m not totally sure, but it can feel a bit sluggish at times.

Getting everything set up wasn’t terrible, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Some steps made sense right away, while others had me clicking around or digging through the docs just to figure out what was supposed to happen next.

Support did respond, and I appreciate that, but I still felt a little left on my own during the early stages. Once it’s up and running, it seems to work fine. I just think the first-time experience could be smoother and a bit more thoughtful, especially since people shouldn’t have to struggle through the basics.

It’s not a bad tool at all — actually, it’s really useful, but yeah, I do wish the value felt a bit better.

I tried using Hudu for managing passwords, it just wasn’t a great experience. Saving logins felt clunky, finding them later was more of a hassle than it should’ve been, and sharing passwords got confusing fast. I also never felt totally confident about what was actually synced. For a password manager, come on now, that’s kind of the whole point. Maybe it clicks for other people, but it definitely didn’t work for me.
